Women+
Women have all sorts of unique concerns related to gender roles and anatomy. Women+ includes trans men who may still have AFAB biological concerns (uterus or menstrual issues, including endometriosis, hysterectomies, and more). You may hear me refer to this group of folks as “uterus-havers”.
Women+ also includes trans women who may need guidance for unlearning AMAB socialization and filling in gaps of AFAB socialization. No matter your gender identity, together we can explore gender expression, identity, sexual orientation, and other experiences living in your body.
Helping Professionals
Therapists, emergency responders, and educators, oh my! These professions each come with intense emotional experiences over the course of the work and may trigger memories from your past. Working with people is hard! You may want to explore your relationships with coworkers, teammates, students, clients, or patients. These relationships may reflect familial relationships from your childhood. We can unpack all of it to make sure you can engage at work with professionalism and authenticity.
