Women+
Women have all sorts of unique concerns related to gender roles and anatomy. Women+ includes trans men who may still have AFAB biological concerns (uterus or menstrual issues, including endometriosis, hysterectomies, and more). You may hear me refer to this group of folks as “uterus-havers”.
Women also includes trans women who may need guidance for unlearning AMAB socialization and filling in gaps of AFAB socialization. No matter your gender identity, together we can explore gender expression, identity, sexual orientation, and other experiences living in your body.

Whether you are fresh out of high school or going back for a new career, it’s always a great time to explore your value systems and approach your new chapter with clarity. Work/life balance takes time to establish, so let’s talk about routines and structure to help you succeed!

Queer + Trans
Whether you’ve been out for years or you’re exploring each aspect of your identity, you are welcome here. In light of current events, your safety is the highest priority. Your identities will not be written into any paperwork that can be requested by a subpoena.

Identifying as chronically ill or dynamically disabled is a massive life change. You may experience grief about losing the life you used to live, and uncertainty about the future. Let’s explore what structure and accommodations will make life easier and enjoyable.

Neurodivergent folks often need support with building structure and practicing flexibility within suitable structures. Let’s make life work for you. Together, we can explore your special interests and hyperfixations as well as your unique executive functioning and processing needs.

South Asian
All Texans are welcome to work with our practice, and we know that sometimes you need a counselor who completely understands “log kya kahenge”. The power dynamics between Desi parents and American children is… challenging. We can work together to untangle negative beliefs that you learned in childhood and reflect on how your values have differentiated from your parents.
